SISMA Build Processor

A seamless connection between 3D printing software and MySint 3D printers

Access a wide variety of parameters, such as hatching patterns, to successfully manufacture industrial 3D-printed parts using SISMA EVEMET 200, MySint 100, and MySint 300 machines. This software was made in close collaboration with SISMA to ensure smooth integration.

Key benefits

Connect to MySint machines

Communicate job information to SISMA EVEMET 200, MySint 100, and MySint 300 printers.

Manage parameters specific to the machine

Modify hatching patterns, slicing parameters, remelting, and more to ensure high-quality builds.

Compatibility

SISMA Build Processor is compatible with Materialise software, Siemens NX, and most Windows OS versions.

Features

Maximize detail resolution

Adjust the beam compensation for inner contours

Increase upfacing surface quality

Modify parameters for additional exposure of up-skin areas

Reduce amount of support structure

Use selective exposure of overhangs with classic down-skin exposure strategies

Prevent overheating

Add a delay between laser paths — in thin regions, for example

Increase productivity

Use a selective hatch exposure and a jump path reduction for small islands

Increase traceability

Add the used parameter set and Magics Machine Configuration File to the file output
