1.1 Recommended Server Hardware

2GHz Dual Core Xeon Class CPU+
4GB RAM+ (depending on OS requirements)
80GB Hard Disk Drive with redundancy (e.g. RAID1, RAID5)
Redundant power supplies
Gigabit Network + 1 static IP
Physical or virtual server (Hyper-V, VMware etc.) – use VM equivalent of server hardware.

1.2 Server Software Requirements

Windows Server 2012 R2 (x86 or x64) Standard, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022
All available service packs and updates
Local administrator account
Network connectivity to PACS and workstations (80, 104, 443, 4104) - additional ports may be required depending on configuration.

Note: We recommend installing OrthoView on its own dedicated server or virtual machine.

2. Client Requirements

2.1 Minimum Client System Requirements

1GHz CPU, 2GB RAM, 2GB free HDD Space
Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11 (x86 or x64)
Vertical screen resolution of 1024 pixels or greater (e.g. 1600x1200)
Java JRE 1.8+ (Depending on deployment)
Internet Explorer 11, Edge, Chrome
Network connectivity to the OrthoView server (80, 104, 443, 4104) additional ports may be required depending on configuration.

2.2 PACS Requirements

DICOM conformance to support C-ECHO, C-FIND, C-MOVE, C-STORE, Study Level Retrieve, Series Level Retrieve, Image Level Retrieve
Modality connection required on PACS to allow OrthoView server to Query, Retrieve and Store images (PACS supplier may charge for this)
If OrthoView is to be launched from a PACS viewer you will also require admin access to the configuration of such a viewer and further instruction should be obtained from the PACS supplier (PACS supplier may charge for this).
