phits Custom Orthotics
Your movement is unique. Your orthotics should be too.
Meet phits: 3D-printed orthotics that support you where you need it most. Based on biometric data gathered while you’re on the move, these orthotic insoles see it all: from the way you walk to the pressure points beneath your feet.
It’s time to make your move
Easy as 1, 2, 3
Getting your hands (or your feet) on a pair of phits couldn’t be easier. Simply visit a specialist for a three-step assessment.
Walk over a pressure plate
First, you’ll walk over unique pressure plates that capture your information. This differs from traditional, static methods because it measures how your feet react while moving. This dynamic data of your gait and pressure points paints a picture of the strains they'll face in real-life situations.
See your unique orthotic design
Using software built on years of expertise and ongoing clinical research, your specialist will analyze the data and explain what they see. You’ll get a firsthand look at your pressure maps, the root cause of any issues, and an explanation of how to solve them. This data is used to design your phits orthotics.
Order orthotics that fit your movement and your lifestyle
3D printing experts create all phits orthotics based on your specialist's design. 3D printing guarantees accuracy and ensures your orthotics are lightweight, durable, and tailored to you. Long-lasting and comfortable, your orthotics will support you for years and are suitable for everything from the running track to dress shoes.
Why you’ll love phits orthotics
Based on biomechanics
Unlike other orthotics, phits are made by first measuring how you walk, run, or otherwise move on pressure plates. They know what’s going on beneath your foot, like whether you step with your toe or heel, and so much more. The result is a corrective solution tailored to exactly what you need.
Light but strong
Whether you’re running, cycling, or just walking around, the last thing you want is to feel like you’re wearing weights on your feet. With phits, you won’t need to worry. Thanks to 3D printing, they’re half the weight of traditional orthotics but strong enough to last years.
Soft and comfortable
Comfort is everything when it comes to orthotics — no one enjoys sore feet! With several soft layers between you and the 3D-printed base, phits orthotics provide plenty of cushioning for that extra comfort.
Backed by research
phits orthotics are the next-level 3D-printed translation of a scientifically proven concept. Algorithms analyze your pressure points to suggest corrections made only for you. This same software is regularly used by top universities, and their research helps us continually improve our products.
Sustainability
We’ve created a system to 3D-print each pair using only the necessary material and with 100% recycled powder. As each pair is made to order, stock isn’t held or thrown away. To further reduce waste, you can also easily replace the top cover whenever you need, rather than order an entirely new pair.
Fits (almost) any shoe
Years and years ago, getting orthotics meant saying goodbye to your favorite slim, fashionable shoes. But phits will slip right in. Whether you’re looking for something sporty, stylish, or sensible, your orthotics are good to go.
