Software Product Owner (OrthoView)
We are seeking an inspiring and communicative Product Owner to join our OrthoView development team, guiding every step from idea to delivery. In this role, you’ll be the trusted bridge between stakeholders and the development team — translating diverse perspectives into a shared vision, aligning priorities, and fostering a collaborative environment. Success will come from your ability to listen actively, build strong relationships, and balance strategic thinking with empathy for user needs. Alongside your knowledge of Agile practices and product lifecycle management, your curiosity, adaptability, and clarity in communication will be key to delivering features that truly make an impact.
What you will do
- Gather user needs, perform gap analysis
- Analyze and decompose complex requirements (break down of user stories)
- Create both functional and non-functional requirement specifications
- Hold grooming sessions with the development team
- Consult development/test teams during the implementation phase
- Validate implemented results
- Resolve any issues faced by the team
- Manage stakeholders’ expectations
- Synchronize/negotiate with other development teams regarding integration
Your profile
- Excellent communication and soft skills, collaborative mindset
- 1+ years of experience as PO or FA
- Strong system and analytical thinking
- Problem-solving, attention to detail, and result-oriented abilities
- Strong written and spoken English
- Well-developed communication and network competencies
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Self-management skills, the ability to multitask
- High level of responsibility and ability to work under a tight schedule
- Medical domain knowledge is a big plus
