Sales Administrator
We are looking for a talented and passionate Sales Administrator to join Materialise. In this position, you will be part of a great international team of professionals who love what they do and are dedicated to further developing our channel sales revenue.
What you will do
- Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to ensure a unified approach to sales strategies and leverage partnerships for maximum impact
- Assist and support sales teams in administrative tasks, support partners in presales and post-sales opportunities, and contribute to marketing and sales campaigns
- Sales reporting: create, monitor, and update required reports in collaboration with finance and sales
- Partner sales support: create certificates, target letters, and other administrative requests
Your profile
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English; proficiency in any other language is an asset
- Effective problem-solver with the ability to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
- Self-motivated and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
- Takes initiative and ownership, and drives for results
- Experience working in a global organization
- Highly organized and analytical
- Motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- This role demands excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a hands-on, problem-solving, and detail-oriented mindset
