Sales Administrator
We are looking for a talented and passionate Sales Administrator to join Materialise. In this position, you will be part of an international team of professionals who love what they do and are dedicated to further developing our medical direct sales revenue.
What you will do
- Assist and support the global sales teams in administrative tasks; contribute to marketing and sales campaigns
- Be involved in administrative support for Materialise Medical software and devices: quote creation and entering orders into the system (SalesForce, MS Dynamics CRM)
- Create internal purchase requisitions for the medical business unit.
- This role demands excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a hands-on, problem-solving, and detail-oriented mindset
Your profile
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written) in English; proficiency in any other language is an asset
- Effective problem-solver with the ability to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
- Self-motivated and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
- Takes initiative and ownership, and drives for results
- Experience working in a global organization
- Highly organized and analytical
- Motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
