We are looking for a talented and passionate Sales Administrator to join Materialise. In this role, you will join an exceptional international team of professionals who are passionate about what they do and are dedicated to driving the growth of our channel sales revenue. 

What you will do

  • Drive sales growth by creating and maintaining sales reports, following up on the deal registration process, creating and following up on sales quotations, responding to inbound inquiries, and participating in proactive outbound efforts
  • Collaborate closely with the (regional) sales teams to ensure a unified approach to sales strategies and to leverage partnerships for maximum impact
  • Assist and support the sales teams in administrative tasks, supporting partners in pre-sales and post-sales opportunities, and contributing to marketing and sales campaigns
  • Create, monitor, and update required sales reporting in collaboration with finance and sales
  • Serve as the point of contact for sales and support-related inquiries. 
  • Manage transactional sales operations, including the creation and follow-up of quotations, and ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Coordinate and facilitate new partner onboarding steps (registration, contracts, certificates, training, access portals, etc.) with the channel manager — this involves collecting signatures, updating systems, facilitating online or on-site training, and archiving all documentation correctly 
  • Follow up on Materialise sales campaigns and execution; monitor the execution of partner campaigns 
  • Support partner sales by creating certificates, target letters, and other administrative requests

Your profile

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English; any other language is an asset
  • This role demands a knack for organizational skills and a hands-on, problem-solving, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Effective problem-solver with the ability to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
  • Takes initiative and ownership and drives for results
  • Experience working in a global organization
  • Highly organized and analytical
