Product Owner

The ideal candidate for our Product Owner is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You are responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy.

What you will do

  • Understand and analyze customer needs from their point of view and relay them in an understandable way to the development team.
  • Continuously manage, refine, and prioritize the backlog to have clear features, user stories, and high-level acceptance criteria — making sure it is aligned with customer and team expectations.
  • Prepare program iteration planning together with the team's scrum master, and define program iteration objectives.
  • Align and communicate between the development team and internal stakeholders such as the product manager, the research team, and the internal process team.
  • (co-)Authoring user guides, release notes, etc.
  • (co-)Prepare demonstrations and review/retro sessions of program increment and sprints.

Your profile

  • Preferably 2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Functional Analyst, or something similar.
  • Candidates with a strong CAD/3D printing background without related PO/FA skill will be considered.
  • High interest in CAD software and/or experience using CAD software.
  • Experience working in a scrum team/methodology.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Good oral and written communication in English is essential.
  • Experience working in a quality controlled environment (ISO and medical certified) is a plus.
