Marketing Specialist
We're looking for an enthusiastic and talented Junior Marketing Specialist to join our team and advance our strategies in existing territories within the Asia Pacific region.
Job description
What you will do
- Develop marketing actions, content, and creative messaging in line with the marketing plan
- Plan activities and support the implementation of marketing actions
- Implement advertising, promotional, and commercial activities to ensure the action plans are realized
- Support the creation of marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and web pages, and ensure they align with standards and corporate identity
- Develop and execute email campaigns and initiatives
- Maintain all marketing materials, including printed documents, gifts, samples, etc.
- Assist in the organization of events and exhibitions
- Measure and analyze marketing actions to report results and propose improvements
- Manage leads, update databases, and utilize a CRM system
- Conduct market research and initial lead generation
Your profile
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration, or a relevant discipline
- Proven experience as a marketing executive or in a similar role (1 – 2 years)
- Motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Thorough knowledge of marketing best practices
- Good communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM)
- Energetic with a positive attitude
