Job description

As a Marketing Campaign Manager in our Medical Business Unit, you will play a key role in supporting the global growth of our medical software. Your responsibilities will include translating marketing objectives into effective communication strategies and integrated communication plans. You will work to build global alignment and focus on driving brand awareness, lead generation, lead nurturing, and sales enablement throughout the customer journey.

What you will do

  • As the person in charge of communication strategies and campaigns, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the product marketing team to create strategies that help achieve go-to-market goals.
  • You’re the customer expert. By talking to them, you’ll learn what they think and feel, which will help you develop marketing strategies and messaging that really connect throughout their journey.
  • You’ve got a talent for crafting effective messaging and building engaging sales presentations.
  • You’ll implement campaigns with the internal marketing operations team, taking a hands-on approach. This means managing everything from brainstorming to execution, including content creation, webinars, digital marketing, events, conferences, presentation materials, and tools to help the sales team.
  • You have a good grasp of digital marketing and know how to use tactics like SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and automation to boost the reach and impact of our campaigns.
  • You have an affinity for data, which helps you generate insights and recommendations to improve results and set priorities.
  • You understand branding well and can use that knowledge to create a consistent brand image and voice the medical software market.
  • As a people person, you'll collaborate with local marketing and sales teams globally to ensure marketing strategies align with sales goals.

Your profile

  • Over 5 years of experience in a similar role within a B2B environment
  • Strong advantage if you have experience in the software or medtech sector
  • Passionate about transforming marketing strategies into effective communication plans and successfully executing these plans in the market
  • Possess a strategic mindset coupled with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven experience with content marketing and digital marketing tactics that achieve results
  • People-oriented, adept at building strong working relationships across diverse teams, while managing the priorities of multiple stakeholders
  • Strong, proactive work ethic with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced and highly innovative environment
  • Energetic, organized, and creative
  • Occasional travel
