Marketing AI Specialist
As the Marketing AI Specialist, you will take a hands-on role at the intersection of marketing and technology. You will be responsible for translating marketing objectives into scalable, high-quality, AI-driven solutions that improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and decision-making.
What you will do
- Act as a strategic adviser to our marketing teams and work closely with discipline experts to ensure AI is embedded where it creates real value
- Combine the execution and optimization of existing AI initiatives with the proactive ownership of new opportunities
- Build multi-agent workflows where appropriate (e.g., research, content creation, quality checks, tactic definition, and briefing creation)
- Ensure brand compliance, tone-of-voice alignment, and legal safeguards in all AI-generated output through quality control frameworks
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing marketing ecosystems (CRM, marketing automation, CMS, DAM, analytics platforms)
- Critically evaluate emerging AI technologies and ensure their practical, ethical, and sustainable adoption
- Use scripting, APIs, and middleware tools to connect systems and orchestrate workflows
- Define agent roles, prompts, guardrails, and interaction patterns to ensure consistent and reliable output and implement safeguards against bias, hallucinations, and factual inaccuracies
- Ensure appropriate human-in-the-loop validation for high-risk or high-impact output
- Define standards and guidelines for the responsible use of AI-generated visuals and multimedia across marketing channels
- Collaborate with creative, brand, and digital teams to ensure alignment between AI-generated assets and brand identity and integrate approved AI multimedia tools into existing content creation and asset management workflows where relevant
- Train teams, develop playbooks/best practices, and promote AI literacy across different marketing roles
- Support change management and adoption by embedding AI into existing processes
- Define data governance, privacy, and compliance guidelines (e.g., GDPR, IP ownership)
- Collaborate closely with and inform the AI center of expertise of initiatives and findings
- Document architectural and tooling decisions to avoid technical debt and ensure future-proofing
Your profile
- Strong understanding of AI and large language models applied to marketing use cases
- Experience with prompt engineering, agent design, and workflow orchestration
- Experience in API integration is a plus
- Familiarity with or interest in marketing technology stacks (CRM, marketing automation, CMS, analytics)
- Ability to critically assess AI hype versus real-world applicability
- Understanding of data privacy, compliance, IP, and ethical AI principles
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Strong communication skills
- Structured, analytical, and pragmatic problem-solving approach
- Coaching and training skills to support team adoption and maturity
