Onderhoudstechnieker (Maintenance Engineer)
Als groeiend bedrijf is Materialise op zoek naar ervaren Onderhoudstechnieker (Maintenance Engineer)!
Je bent een integraal deel van het maintenance team waarbij je de rol van interventie- technieker zal vervullen. Dit houdt in dat je naast het samenwerken met de collega’s van het gewone dagelijks onderhoud ook regelmatig verdergaande problemen zal moeten oplossen in het productiepark.
What you will do
- Rol van interventie – technieker vervullen (bv: controlesoftware doorgronden, sensorendefecten analyseren, issues met drives oplossen, controllers en frequentiesturingen aanpakken)
- Verschillende problemen oplossen in het productiepark (aansturings- en automatisering defecten)
- Verbetereingprojecten (optimalisatie van maintenance taken en timing, zoeken naar betere tools)
- Upgraden van 3D printers (bv: mechanische werken, voorbereiding en plaatsing optische componenten, bekabeling en aansluiten machine, integratie van PILZ-beveiligingscomponenten en aansturing hiervan)
- Onderszoeksondersteuning (testen en valideren van nieuwe software)
Your profile
- Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie of schoolverlaters (met diploma Elektriciteit-Elektronica, Elektromechanica, enz.
- Voorkennis of interesse in lichte scripting en elektrische installaties
- Basiskennis van elektriciteit, pneumatiek, sensoren en mechanica
- Basiskennis van IT
- Leergiering en technisch nieuwsgierig
- Hands-on ingesteld en probleemoplossend
- Je werkt graag samen met een technisch team
