Lead UX Designer
We are looking for a passionate Lead UX Designer who can drive the user experience of our full software product portfolio to the next level.
What you will do
- Lead a team and community of UX designers that sets design standards for our products and trains and supports the software teams in UX best practices
- Review work, provide guidance, and collaborate closely with product management and engineering
- Conduct research to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points
- Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts
- Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and other designers to ensure cohesive designs
- Oversee usability testing to validate design decisions
- Contribute to the overall product strategy and vision
- Report to the product director
Your profile
- A master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, computer science, or equivalent
- At least 6 years of experience in delivering digital business and software products and initiatives with tangible results
- Experience with people management and leading change
- Creation of strong visuals to help create a narrative and facilitate the understanding of design concepts along with experience in workshop facilitation is a plus
- A design thinker and a craftsperson who has the ability to demonstrate ideas visually and interactively with prototypes
- A keen interest and awareness of future developments in software trends and innovations
- An organized, self-directed approach
- Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills are required
