IT System Administrator
Do you find satisfaction in assisting users with troubleshooting computer hardware and software problems? Your role will involve diagnosing issues with IT equipment and applications and offering effective solutions to address user concerns. We are searching for someone like you!
What you will do
- First-level IT support for end-user and workplace-related matters
- Manage support requests and incidents in a professional and timely manner, taking corporate guidelines and frameworks into account
- Be responsible for operational activities regarding the preparation and provisioning up to decommissioning (lifecycle) of Materialise-owned workplaces (Windows-based and sporadically macOS devices)
- Device reception and registration in the current asset database (HEAT)
- Device preparation (“staging”) using the current staging platform
- Device provisioning to its new “owner” (onboarding, device replacements) including basic usage guidance
- Report on asset management with current AM tools (Ivanti Service Manager, Lansweeper, MS SCCM)
- Device support (logical) and case monitoring for hardware repairs
- Device removal in line with the current standard operating procedures (compliance)
- Provide first-level support on our standard user-facing services (Microsoft365, Windows 10 and onward, mobile devices, etc.)
- Provide basic user account services (Active Directory, Azure AD, etc.)
- Project assistance on a local level as well as internationally
Your profile
- You possess at least a bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Independent with good time management
- Strong grasp of Microsoft applications and their functionalities
- Good English communication abilities
- Strong dedication to customer satisfaction and a proven record as a team player
