IT Service Desk Engineer
We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic IT Service Desk Engineer to join Materialise. In this role, you’ll be part of an international team of passionate professionals dedicated to making a difference in medical innovation.
What you will do
- Support Global IT services as the first line of support
- Be responsible for managing the SD queue (HEAT)
- Provide access to business applications
- Provide limited functional support (application)
- Prepare manuals and fill our knowledge base — software lifecycle management (operational tasks)
Your profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of business applications
- Knowledge of ITSM tools for registration tickets
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Experience in support teams is a plus
- English: Upper-Intermediate
- Good communication skills
- Customer-oriented and a team player
