IT Service Desk Engineer

We’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic IT Service Desk Engineer to join Materialise. In this role, you’ll be part of an international team of passionate professionals dedicated to making a difference in medical innovation.

What you will do

  • Support Global IT services as the first line of support
  • Be responsible for managing the SD queue (HEAT)
  • Provide access to business applications
  • Provide limited functional support (application)
  • Prepare manuals and fill our knowledge base — software lifecycle management (operational tasks)

Your profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of business applications
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools for registration tickets
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Experience in support teams is a plus
  • English: Upper-Intermediate
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and a team player
