What you will do
- Support Global IT services on the level of 1st line of support
- Responsible for managing SD queue (HEAT)
- Providing access to business applications
- Limited functional support (application)
- Preparing manuals and filling knowledge base
Your profile
- Minimum 1+ years of experience
- Knowledge of business application
- Knowledge of ITSM tools for registration tickets
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Experience in support teams
- English: upper-intermediate
- Customer-oriented and team player
