Job description

As the Global Market Access & Reimbursement Manager, you will build and lead the company's internal market access capability, defining and driving a unified global reimbursement strategy across all business lines. Acting as the central hub for reimbursement expertise, you will connect geographies, products, and clinical evidence generation to enable successful market entry, optimal reimbursement valuations, and protection of product ASPs in an evolving policy landscape. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this high-impact, cross-functional role offers broad visibility and influence across markets, functions, and product portfolios.

What you will do

  • Define, maintain, and execute the global reimbursement roadmap, priorities, and methodologies across all product lines and markets
  • Build and continuously update a global reimbursement intelligence database covering codes, policies, gaps, risks, and emerging trends in key markets
  • Partner with clinical, regulatory, and R&D teams to align evidence generation and data collection strategies with reimbursement and payer requirements
  • Establish and oversee relationships with national health authorities, private insurers, and relevant industry bodies, leveraging local consultants, KOLs, and in-market teams
  • Monitor global policy developments, competitor activity, and market trends to identify opportunities for new codes, improved valuations, or accelerated access
  • Develop and guide strategies for KOL engagement, policy influence, and submissions to reimbursement and decision-making bodies
  • Act as the global strategic hub while enabling and coordinating local tactical execution through consultants and commercial or country teams

Your profile

  • 5+ years in market access, reimbursement strategy, or related health economics roles
  •  Proven experience in multi-market reimbursement navigation
  • Strong understanding of clinical evidence requirements for reimbursement applications
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with payers, policy makers, and internal cross-functional teams
  • Able to design and implement strategic frameworks in complex, fragmented environments
  • Comfortable working in an HQ “strategic hub” role with reliance on local execution partners  
  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as French, German, and are a plus)
