Development Tools Infrastructure Engineer
With the rapid expansion of our IT landscape, we are currently seeking a DevOps Platform Infrastructure Engineer to strengthen and evolve our DevOps services across the company. In this role, you will own, optimize, and expand the infrastructure supporting software development processes. You will be responsible for managing core DevOps tools (MS Azure DevOps, JFrog Artifactory, and SonarQube), enhancing CI/CD pipelines, and shaping the future DevOps architecture. Collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders, you will play a key role in improving efficiency, security, and scalability.
What you will do
- Own and manage the infrastructure for our DevOps tools (MS Azure DevOps, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube)
- Optimize and modernize on-premises and cloud-based DevOps processes (SaaS)
- Support and guide development teams in following best practices for CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation
- Design the future architecture for our DevOps ecosystem, ensuring scalability and security
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions and implementation roadmaps
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align DevOps strategies with company goals
Your profile
Technical expertise
- Strong experience with MS Azure DevOps Pipelines, Terraform, Ansible
- Proficiency in managing DevOps tools like JFrog Artifactory and SonarQube
- Experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate development workflows
- Deep understanding of version control systems (Git)
- Networking and security knowledge relevant to DevOps infrastructure
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell) and familiarity with C# (.NET)
- Experience with infrastructure management on Windows (Hyper-V) and Linux servers
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
- Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS
- Understanding of microservices architectures and their deployment challenges
- Familiarity with databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk)
Experience and mindset
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role
- A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to automation and efficiency improvements
- Ability to communicate technical solutions to both IT and business teams
- A strong interest in continuous learning and staying updated with new DevOps trends
