Customer Support Specialist
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be in constant contact with our customers and with internal and external partners. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring we offer the best possible customer service. You will be responsible for orders from A to Z, from order intake through delivery of the ordered goods. While your primary focus will be supporting our Belgian and Dutch clients, you will also contribute to our HUB by offering backup support for the UK and Scandinavian markets.
What you will do
- Guide clients in selecting the right 3D printing techniques and prepare accurate price proposals in close collaboration with production departments
- Actively follow up with clients and close deals to drive business growth
- Collaborate with customer support, design, production, account management, and shipping teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the sales cycle, closely monitoring project progress and addressing their needs
- Think creatively to develop the best technical and commercial solutions tailored to customer requirements
