Customer Service Engineer
We are looking for a Customer Service Engineer who will help our non-medical customers with their questions through technical assistance and open communication.
What you will do
- Follow up on incidents and give clear feedback to the customer within the agreed SLA
- Work as a team to provide an effective solution and with minimal effort from our customers
- Deploy Materialise software on customers' IT environments
- Install Materialise software packages and configure the solution according to the provided statement of work
- Provide initial support after installation
- Analyze and correct problems
- Refer to knowledge base articles and update as needed
Your profile
- Basic knowledge of operating systems
- Basic networking principles
- Basic knowledge of Materialise software
- Understand the customer issue
- Interested in technology
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
- SaaS experience is a plus
