Agile Coach/People Manager
We are looking for an Agile Coach with experience in people management to support, manage, and guide our development teams in agile best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in our medical unit to ensure smooth delivery, continuous improvement, and alignment with business goals.
What you will do
- Perform people management activities (assist team members with goal setting and personal development; organize regular follow-ups and performance reviews; share feedback and manage conflicts)
- Work with two scrum teams (one team of up to 10 people)
- Lead teams’ daily activities within the Scrum framework
- Manage team metrics (e.g., lead time, cycle time, throughput)
- Promote a culture of learning and adaptation by facilitating retrospectives and supporting teams in identifying and implementing process improvements
- Prepare and maintain all needed documentation, including SOPs (procedures, work instructions, etc.) for the processes
- Support a transparent process of PBR
- Drive the establishment of the learning organization through leading, training, and coaching
- Collaborate with other Agile coaches within the community of practice
Your profile
- Proven people management experience
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master, or in a similar role in Agile environments
- Experience working in distributed environments
- Software background in any role within the development team
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, especially Kanban and Scrum, and practical experience applying them in various teams and organizational contexts
- Strong facilitation and mentoring skills, with the ability to adapt coaching style to different maturity levels and team dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across different roles and levels of the organization
- Demonstrate a creative approach to problem-solving, with a strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering results
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Will be a plus
- Valid Agile certifications
- Familiarity with Agile at scale (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, or other frameworks)
- Leading or participating in Agile/Scaled Agile transformation processes
- Understanding of ITIL principles, SOX compliance
- Working and coaching distributed teams
