Agile Coach
We are looking for an Agile Coach to support, manage, and guide our development teams in agile best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in our medical unit to ensure smooth delivery, continuous improvement, and alignment with business goals.
What you will do
- Lead teams’ daily activities within the scrum framework
- Support and coach up to two scrum teams (starting with one team of up to 10 people, expanding later)
- Remove project impediments that stand in the way of team productivity and performance
- Create and support a transparent process of PBR, engaging the entire scrum team
- Help the development team create high-value products
- People management (assist with goal setting, people development, regular follow-ups, and performance review)
- Ensure the development team is working effectively
- Create transparency in processes
- Help the team understand and follow the goals, scope of work, and product domain
- Coach the development team in organizational environments
- Help employees and stakeholders understand and implement scrum practices
- Drive the establishment of the learning organization through leading, training, and coaching
Your profile
- 3+ years of experience in an Agile Coach or Scrum Master role
- Software background in any role within the development team
- Experience managing teams with at least 5 members
- Great coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Creative approach to problem-solving, with a strong customer focus and commitment to deliver
- Fluency in English
Nice to have
- Agile certifications
- Experience in scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
- Background in agile transformation initiatives or coaching distributed teams
