Account Manager
The Account Manager is a key sales role responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with 3D printer manufacturers in the Greater China region. This position drives business growth within assigned accounts to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, while ensuring the continuous development and management of a robust sales pipeline.
What you will do
- Develop and execute sales plans, forecasts, and strategies to meet or exceed assigned revenue goals on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Proactively identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship-building activities
- Build, maintain, and advance a structured sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress toward short- and long-term objectives
- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to drive account retention, expansion, and strategic alignment
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive advantage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support and execution throughout the sales cycle
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering (software, mechanical, mechatronics, or equivalent), or a related field
- 3 – 5 years’ working experience in relevant sales (e.g., industrial or software sales)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment, preferably within the manufacturing or technology sectors
- Strong ability to develop and manage pipelines, with experience using CRM tools for forecasting and reporting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic market
- Native Mandarin speaker with a good command of English
