How to Eliminate Holes in 3D Model in 3-Matic

5 min

Often false connections and holes can appear in 3D reconstructed models due to noise artifacts, contrast boluses, segmentation errors and more. This video presents a workflow which enables the user to fix these inaccuracies on the 3D model, therefore avoiding the need to return to the beginning of your workflow to edit the segmentation.

Prerequisites

For the purpose of this video Mimics 19 & 3-matic 11 were used.
