How to Semi-Automatically Segment Heart with CT Heart Tool

This video demonstrates the use of the CT Heart tool to semi-automatically segment the four chambers of the heart and the two great arteries with Materialise Mimics software. This tool can significantly reduce the time it takes to segment individual structures of the heart.

For the purpose of this video, Materialise Mimics Innovation Suite 26 was used.
