Salesforce Project Manager
As a Salesforce project manager, you will manage implementation projects in Salesforce in different functional domains (Quotation, Sales, Marketing, Service, e-commerce). The Salesforce project manager is responsible for the project's scope, planning, activities, validation, budget, and stakeholder management from the business and IT side. You will also manage the relationship with Salesforce as a vendor and the technology partner working for Materialise.
What you will do
- Lead implementation projects from end to end with colleagues from the business teams, IT teams, and technology partner
- Ensure the project's scope, architecture, solution design, resource needs (internal and external), planning, and budget (internal and external) are managed in the project
- Ensure continuous management of the workstreams and motivate project team members towards qualitative and committed solution design and delivery
- Ensure successful project delivery within deadlines, scope, budget, and required quality with respect to the project management plan
Your profile
- Bachelor in computer science, economics, engineering, or equivalent through experience
- Good written skills, excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in project management in front-office and CRM solutions based on well-established packages (Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce), with a preference for Salesforce
- Proven experience in business and IT company transformation based on new package introduction, implementation, and roll-out (complexity reduction, standardization)
- Proven experience in integrating front-office and CRM solutions with other solutions like back-office and ERP solutions
