Build a gait lab that fits your requirements by choosing a portable gait lab or longer pressure plate models. With their compact sensor density based on three sensors per cm2, every measuring is done swiftly while maintaining optimal quality.
Depending on your requirements, we have different solutions for 3D scanning. Generate an in-depth 3D scan of your patient’s foot up to the ankle with our high-end Tiger or iQube scanners. For a complete dynamic gait analysis, combine it with footscan pressure plates.
To provide more freedom and flexibility into your existing process, we've enabled the import of 3D scans from any scanner into our software.
Analyze and Design
Once you’ve done the measurement, the next step is to analyze the data. Footscan 9 software helps you translate the dynamic gait data into a 3D orthotic design through flexible platform management.
- The user-friendly interface provides 3D visualizations of static, balance, and dynamic analyses. It points our clinically relevant pressure characteristics, allowing side-by-side comparison with the orthotic design. This elaborate visualization enables you to share insights with your patient and explain diagnosis and treatment better.
- Backed by scientific algorithms, the footscan intuitive design wizard provides foot corrections and helps you construct suitable custom orthotics. Easily adapt the recommendations based on your insights and anamnesis.
- Added to a wide range of analytical functions, like automatic zone editing and the evidence-based risk analysis feature, you can now import 3D scans directly into the software.

Now it’s time to order insoles designed specifically for your patient. With a single click, the footscan software sends a notification directly to our 3D printing production sites.
3D printing allows for a comfortable, lightweight orthotic design that is impossible to achieve using traditional manufacturing methods. Attain unique support of the foot roll-off by controlling the local stiffness in different areas of the orthotic design.
