Restore cranial contours and support predictable reconstruction following trauma, defects, or tumor resection.

Onlay implants for cranial, midface, and mandible
Enhance symmetry, restore volume, and correct congenital or acquired deformities across the cranial, midface, and mandibular regions.

Midface/orbital/mandible reconstruction implants
Recreate the orbital floor and walls, supporting functional recovery and restoration after trauma or tumor resection.
Freedom to choose. Confidence to perform.
Both titanium and PEEK integrate seamlessly into the Materialise CMF workflow. Each material offers unique benefits, allowing you to choose the most suitable option for every indication — without altering your workflow.

Trusted workflow. Predictable results.
Whether titanium or PEEK, every personalized implant follows the same connected process: plan with your clinical engineer, review the design in Mimics Flow, and fixate with Standard+ screws. Each step is validated and traceable under ISO certification. For milled PEEK implants, our trusted partner, Ad Mirables, will design and manufacture your implant, drawing on a proven track record with over 10,000 successful cases.
Clinical evidence
A retrospective study on 11 patients with benign spheno-orbital tumors treated with personalized PEEK implants showed optimal implant positioning and improvement of exophthalmos in 89% of cases, with stable or improved neurological outcomes at 6 months.
Single-step 3D printing aided cranio-orbital reconstruction with patient-specific polyetheretherketone implants after resection of benign spheno-orbital tumors (2024)
Case study of a patient with multiple prior craniotomies demonstrated that a flattened PEEK implant curvature allowed for successful scalp closure without additional flap reconstruction, avoiding infection recurrence and ensuring long-term stability.
