DevOps Engineer

In this role, you'll liaise and work on DevOps transformation in Medical BU for all products developed in Malaysia

What you will do

  • Supervise the continuous integration, testing, and delivery of the software teams in the MatMal office
  • Implement and set up development and deployment tools
  • Improve the release, feedback, and monitoring processes with innovation, security, and quality in mind
  • Work with software teams to ensure that development and deployment follow established processes and work as intended

Your profile

  • Degree in computer science or engineering (majoring in programming, electronics, embedded systems, biomedical, or any other relevant field), or professional experience as a software engineer/system administrator/security engineer/QA engineer
  • Experience as a DevOps engineer or a similar software engineering/operations role
  • Proficient in Git and at least one CI/CD tool
  • Good written and oral English communication
  • Working knowledge of scripting (python, bash, PowerShell…)
  • Understanding of operating systems
  • Ability to work in a team and individually
  • Problem-solving mindset
