Web Team Lead with UX Background
We are looking for a multidisciplinary talent to complete (and lead) the web team within our Internal Marketing Agency. If you have a strong UX background, are fascinated by UX analytics and improving performance and usability of our website, and would love to coach and lead a small team, you may be the perfect fit.
What you will do
- Maintain and expand the current UX design system of our website
- Implement the existing UX guidelines for new components and pages
- Conduct UX analytics research and translate results into improvements
- Manage a team of two: a Front-End Developer and a Website Product Owner
- Handle sprint and capacity planning for your team
- Translate business necessities into a tangible scope
- Coach our junior Website Product Owner in managing the backlog, communicating with implementation partners, and more
- Maintain business relationships (internally and externally)
- Work out and implement a backup strategy for the different skills in your team (front-end development, webmaster activities, form creation, etc.)
- Manage budget and tools used in your team
Your profile
- You have a UX background and can create mock-ups based on an existing UX framework. You respect brand guidelines and are pro uniformity
- A corporate content website has no secrets from you, including integrations, analytics, data security, and beyond. You’re ready and willing to aid your team in setting up best practices
- You are an engaged team lead. You guide your team in their day-to-day activities, helping them grow and advance along their career path
- You take the lead in capacity planning, are collaborative and flexible, but know your boundaries and can be assertive when necessary
- You have an analytical brain and can help your team members translate business requirements into user stories
- You participate in brainstorms and briefing meetings and can defend your point of view on optimal web implementation
