Technical Lead (.NET)

What you will do
- Apply your creative problem-solving skills to design and develop new features as the platform expands and matures
- Be part of an agile development team that is responsible for converting its backlog into deployable features
- Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of these features
- Contribute to the reduction of bugs and technical debt
- Utilize the latest tools and technologies to deliver a world-class product
- Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the latest trends and their role in a commercial environment
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills
- Lead and coach a team of developers
- Continually learn to keep skills up to date with fast-changing trends
- Consider yourself passionate about or having an interest in 3D printing
Your profile
- Programming language – C#, Typescript
- Strong in Core .NET fundamentals and object-oriented programming
- Good understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles
- Good understanding of web service programming
- Good understanding of communication protocols and methodologies such as gRPC, OpenAPI, and REST
- Experience with Entity Framework and SQL
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and methodologies like TDD
- Working knowledge and understanding of data models, databases e.g., MySQL, Postgres, MS SQL Server
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to coach and guide junior team members
- 5+ years of experience and/or an advanced degree in a relevant field of education is preferred
- Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.) is preferred
- Knowledge of agile development principles is preferred
- Experience with at least 1 code versioning system (Git, SVN, etc.) is preferred
- Experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies is preferred
- Mathematical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills is preferred
