Team Leader — IT Technical Operations
We are hiring an IT Technical Operations Team Leader to manage a global team of 5-7 Engineers. This role involves coordinating IT operations activities, project management, service reporting, and overseeing workplace infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and the ability to build, lead, and coach a remote team.
What you will do
- Coordinate IT Technical Operations activities, including the implementation of IT Operations routines, procedures, and operational-level agreements
- Lead a global team of IT administrators remotely
- Generate service reports and collaborate with stakeholders on KPI and operational reporting
- Oversee incident management, service operations, and coordinate IT communications for relevant events
- Ensure efficient workplace management, including maintaining the SCCM/Intune environment and managing global workplace contracts and suppliers
- Provide support to the Infrastructure team for project and on-site initiatives
Your profile
- Previous IT Operations leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in IT tools such as AD/Azure AD, Intune, M365 stack, and monitoring platforms
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN and WAN)
- Good working knowledge of ITSM environments
- Basic project management skills
- Excellent leadership and remote team management abilities
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Customer-oriented, proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills
- Certifications in ITIL, project management, or related areas are a plus
