R&D Specialist

What you will do
- Strategically develop new products in their respective lines
- Support the development of new processes for manufacturing products
- Develop product suppliers (implants and/or instruments)
- Technical decisions related to projects/products
- Risk management
- Preparation of technical reports
- Support customer service
- Promote improvements in the product lines
- Participate in product-related conferences and training sessions to identify opportunities
- Train employees from the production and sales departments on new products
- Review department procedures
- Prepare documents related to products
- Analyze and develop test protocols for new projects
- Preparation and review of material specifications and packaging specifications
- Actively participate in committees to promote improvements in products and processes
- Carry out special studies regarding projects
Your profile
- Mechanical engineering degree
- Portuguese and English skills
- Knowledge of regulatory standards (ISO 13485 / ANVISA RDC 665/22)
- Nice to have: project management degree
- Good time management
- Result-driven profile
