RapidFit+ Project Engineer


In this role, you'll drive the project management, design, and production of innovative fixtures for the automotive industry, from kick-off with sales until hand-over with the client. You will manage key project parameters, such as content, on-time planning, budget, and quality. You will plan and coordinate your projects with all the project stakeholders and openly communicate with the client.

What you will do

  • Energize and drive projects to completion within the agreed plan, scope, and budget
  • Manage time and effort applied to projects in accordance with deadlines and priority levels
  • Manage projects' technical risks and create solutions to overcome barriers to project success
  • Communicate and consult with the client and internal stakeholders (design, production, purchasing, etc.)

Your profile

  • You have a technical background (bachelor's or master's in automotive technology, mechanical/electro-mechanical engineering, etc.)
  • Working experience with automotive OEMs is a strong advantage
  • You love to communicate and do so fluently in English. Knowledge of French, German, or Italian is a plus
  • You have excellent team spirit and a flexible attitude towards international cultures
  • You are customer-centric
  • You have excellent organizational skills
  • You are able to work autonomously and take initiative
  • You have a constant improvement mindset
  • You are willing to occasionally travel within Europe
