Project Engineer – RapidFit+

As a project engineer, you are in the driving seat for the project management, design, and production of innovative fixtures for the automotive industry, starting from kick-off with sales until hand-over with the client

What you will do

  • You manage and drive projects to completion within the agreed timetable and budget
  • You observe and follow company procedures and processes
  • You manage time and effort applied to projects in accordance with deadlines and priority levels
  • You assess projects' technical risks and create solutions to overcome barriers
  • You are responsible for the functional management of the design team
  • You ensure timely and professional communication and consultation with the client
  • You follow up on projects with internal stakeholders (design, production, purchasing, etc.)

Your profile

  • You have an engineering background (mechanical, electro-mechanical, …) and combine this with a strong interest in automotive
  • Having working experience with automotive OEMs is a strong advantage
  • You love to communicate, and you do so fluently in English. Knowledge of French, German, or Italian is a plus
  • You have excellent team spirit and a flexible attitude toward international cultures
  • You are customer-centric
  • You have excellent organizational skills
  • You are able to work autonomously and take initiative
