Production Manager — Materialise Motion
As the Production Manager for Materialise Motion, you will join the Motion Management Team and lead the phits and footscan production teams, procurement, and process engineering for all Motion operations. You will work closely with the CEO and take responsibility for managing, organizing, and planning all production activities. You will formulate proposals for the optimization of strategic production capabilities within the frameworks of prescribed safety and quality standards.
What you will do
- Provide strategic leadership to the Production team
- Manage, organize, and plan production activities and give guidance to the Technical Buyer and Process Engineer.
- Take operational responsibility for production facilities
- Closely collaborate with other members of the Management Team to align activities and priorities
- Establish and maintain good relationships with subcontractors around the globe
- Act as an important stakeholder in the implementation of the QMS
