Product Owner
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our team and interact with customers and users from various backgrounds. You will be the driving force behind maintaining and delivering our products, ensuring alignment between customer needs and technical execution.
What you will do
- Understand and analyze customer needs, acting as their voice to the development team
- Define and prioritize the team backlog while aligning with stakeholders inside and outside the team
- Facilitate alignment and communication between the development team, internal stakeholders, and customers
- Manage the product lifecycle, including internal and external product releases, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to quality standards
- (Co-)Organize Agile ceremonies such as PI planning, sprint planning, daily scrums, and demos
- Collaborate with other product owners to improve best practices globally
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar).
- Ideally, 2 – 3 years of experience as a product owner, functional analyst, or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively, balancing business and technical needs
- Strong analytical skills to translate customer needs into actionable backlog items
Plus points
- Experience working with products in R&D, medical, or CAD/3D printing industry-related fields
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies or the Scaled Agile Framework, with experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Agile Product Owner-related certification (e.g., PSPO, POPM, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) technologies
- Experience providing product documentation, including user manuals and release notes
