Mobility Coordinator

What you will do
- Act as the key point of contact for all company car and mobility budget-related matters. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the fleet.
- Inform employees of the car policy and sustainable mobility options within the mobility budget.
- Manage incoming emails and handle questions and reactions from employees efficiently.
- Update fleet data and administration.
- Hand over company cars to drivers and follow up on its return (check for cleanliness, damage, etc).
- Monitor the order process and delivery of new cars, check invoices.
- Report on the fleet.
Your profile
- You have a previous experience in fleet administration.
- You are accurate, well-organized, and can prioritize tasks.
- You are detail-oriented.
- You have a sense of service towards employees.
- You have good communication skills in Dutch and English.
- You like to work independently.
