Mobility Coordinator

What you will do

  • Act as the key point of contact for all company car and mobility budget-related matters. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the fleet.
  • Inform employees of the car policy and sustainable mobility options within the mobility budget.
  • Manage incoming emails and handle questions and reactions from employees efficiently.
  • Update fleet data and administration.
  • Hand over company cars to drivers and follow up on its return (check for cleanliness, damage, etc).
  • Monitor the order process and delivery of new cars, check invoices.
  • Report on the fleet.

Your profile

  • You have a previous experience in fleet administration.
  • You are accurate, well-organized, and can prioritize tasks.
  • You are detail-oriented.
  • You have a sense of service towards employees.
  • You have good communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • You like to work independently.
