Do you want to be the face of Materialise in the market? We are looking for someone who will take pride in the company's mission and vision and believes that our solutions help our customers improve the life of patients!

What you will do

  • Work with the China sales team to reach common objectives and targets
  • Take responsibility for ensuring the retention of existing customers through direct customer contact and coordinating actions with the rest of the sales team
  • Generate new leads by qualifying incoming prospects and customer requests and analyzing prospect/customer behavior on our website, the WeChat channel, or other means of interaction
  • You are willing to be trained in the usage of our medical software solutions.
  • Support and organize local marketing and business development activities such as:
    • Arranging local events and courses and follow-up
    • Managing the Materialise Medical WeChat channel in China and the local website
    • Providing hands-on support for the yearly sales and marketing action plan
    • Coordinating Chinese translation services for sales support materials

Your profile

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or sales support-related functions will be an advantage. Motivated fresh graduates are highly recommended to apply
  • You have good communication skills in English
  • Highly organized and analytical with the ability to overcome sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
  • The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
  • Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, reports, etc.
  • You are flexible, organized, and dedicated, understanding that responsibilities and routines can change on a daily basis
  • You are enthusiastic, dedicated, and driven by helping customers
