Manager Development Engineering (w/m/d)
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in 28359 Bremen suchen wir ab sofort ein neues Teammitglied als Manager Development Engineering (m/w/d).
What you will do
- Externer Kommunikator/Vertreter des internen Forschungs- & Entwicklungsbereichs für Metall 3D Druck
- Personalmanagement für das multidisziplinäre F&E Team (~10 Software- oder Produktionsingenieure)
- Mitglied des konzernweiten Managementteams für Forschung und Entwicklung
- Strategische Koordination und Administration geförderter Forschungsvorhaben
- Initiierung und Koordination von Forschungsaktivitäten und Umsetzungsstrategien
- Verantwortung für die Entwicklung von Softwareprototypen und Demonstratoren
- Validierung der Softwareergebnisse und deren Umsetzung in unserer Metall 3D Druck Produktion vor Ort
- Strategische Abstimmung und Schnittstelle zu unseren kommerziellen Software- und Produktionsteams
Your profile
- 10+ Jahre Erfahrung
- Hintergrund in (Software-) Engineering
- Gute Teamführungs- und Mitarbeitermanagementfähigkeiten
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
- Hintergrund und Kenntnisse im Metall-Druck Erfahrung und Kenntnisse über den Softwaremarkt im Allgemeinen
- Wünschenswert: Erfahrung in der Produktion
