Logistics Operator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Shipment Team as a Logistics Operator at our headquarters in Leuven. This role offers the chance to gain valuable experience in intricate processes, develop specialized skills in packaging and delivery to worldwide destinations, and learn about and work with a diverse range of 3D-printed technology components.

What you will do

  • Accurately sort, count, inspect, pack, and ship all outbound packages in accordance with the shipping instructions
  • Meticulously package parts to prevent damage during transportation
  • Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the timely shipment of orders
  • Generate and attach the required shipping documents before handing over ready-to-ship packages to couriers
  • Execute weekly team tasks including but not limited to warehouse cleaning and monitoring shipment mailboxes
  • Contribute to achieving shipment team objectives and enhancing procedures or processes related to shipment and warehouse activities
  • Serve as a backup for Warehouse activities during the Warehouse Operator's absence, including receiving incoming goods and procuring warehouse-related stock

Your profile

  • An excellent team player with strong communication skills
  • Proactive and capable of driving both yourself and others towards achieving results
  • Detail-oriented with a quality-driven mindset
  • Flexible (working schedule 10:30 AM till 7:00 PM) covering the early shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM during Warehouse Operator absences
  • Punctual and self-disciplined
  • Able to handle stress and interruptions effectively
  • Proficient in English.
  • Skilled in using MS Office applications (such as Outlook, Excel, Word) and ERP systems for daily tasks
  • Possession of a forklift license is considered a plus but not mandatory. Willing to learn with provided training.
