The Tiger Program is our internal initiative to align our tools, systems, and ways of working with our high-end 3D printing solutions. As we move through this transformative journey, we are seeking a Program Manager to lead the charge in implementing state-of-the-art tools across our global organization. The Program Manager will oversee the Tiger Program, managing multiple simultaneous IT projects aimed at unifying and enhancing our internal systems. This role involves strategic planning, conflict resolution, budget management, and close collaboration with both IT and business stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Tiger Steerco, the Program Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the long-term success of the program.
What you will do
- Lead and manage the entire Tiger Program, overseeing multiple IT projects simultaneously
- Develop and execute long-term strategies to align our internal systems with business needs
- Identify and resolve resource, timeline, and project conflicts to ensure smooth progress
- Manage the overall program budget, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints
- Regularly report to the Tiger Steerco, providing insights, updates, and recommendations for future phases
- Propose and implement optimizations to enhance program efficiency and impact
- Functionally manage project managers, with the potential to expand into direct people management
- Collaborate closely with IT teams, business units, and external partners to drive program success
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience as a senior program manager in complex IT environments
- Extensive experience managing large-scale IT programs, preferably with ERP systems like Salesforce
- Strong understanding of IT systems, project management, and program execution
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functional teams
- Hands-on approach with a focus on collaboration and conflict resolution
