IT Process Lead
As the IT Process Lead, you will strengthen IT's ability to deliver scalable, compliant-by-design services with minimal process overhead.
Reporting to the IT Director, you'll work across IT teams and functionally lead IT process specialists to ensure that critical, audit‑relevant processes are effective, efficient, and consistently executed, without slowing down delivery in order to be compliant. You act as a pragmatic link between risk, audit, and engineering, focusing on enablement first and enforcement only when needed.
What you will do
- Govern and evolve the IT control framework and core IT process landscape together with IT process owners and business stakeholders, including the CISO
- Translate regulatory, certification, and customer requirements into practical, risk‑based controls embedded in day‑to‑day IT work
- Own and continuously improve selected high‑risk, audit‑heavy processes
- Coordinate IT audits, support remediation, and act as the primary IT audit interface
- Maintain a clear, usable IT service catalog with transparent service levels
- Coach and support process and service owners to improve consistency, efficiency, and control execution
How you add value
- Design processes for engineers first, applying only the controls that truly reduce risk
- Standardize where it improves reliability and adapt where it enables delivery
- Escalate unmanaged risks early and transparently, helping to create predictable audits, fewer findings, and stronger confidence in IT’s risk posture — especially in regulated environments
Your profile
- 5+ years of experience in IT process management, IT governance, risk, or compliance in complex IT environments
- Hands‑on experience with operational IT processes and control frameworks in an agile context
- Strong judgment in balancing compliance, efficiency, and delivery speed
- Trusted advisor mindset: able to coach, influence, and align without relying on hierarchy
- Comfortable working with engineers, architects, management, and auditors
- Professional working proficiency in English
