IT Business Analyst


We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our IT Custom Development Team, dedicated to the Manufacturing business unit's needs. Our team develops and maintains various applications for internal and external users, fundamental to the company's 3D printing business. This includes analyzing incoming service requests, detailing functional requirements for the development team, and managing documentation and changes.

What you will do

  • Elicit requirements by engaging with stakeholders
  • Analyze and validate feature requests from stakeholders
  • Communicate requirements to the development team
  • Provide ongoing support to the team during the implementation phase
  • Develop documentation
  • Organize and lead demo meetings with stakeholders to showcase new features and updates
  • Manage the product backlog
  • Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and updates

Your profile

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a business, functional analyst role, or similar
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
  • Solid understanding and experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Proficiency in modeling techniques and tools such as BPMN, UML, and ERD
  • A good grasp of the software development lifecycle
  • Familiarity with cloud services, preferably Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Proven ability to create and maintain technical documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
