Inside Sales Representative

We're seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Direct Software Sales Team at our US headquarters.
What you will do
Software sales and customer expansion
- Manage and grow software subscription renewals for an assigned customer base
- Proactively engage customers to drive renewals and expansion sales opportunities
- Follow up on renewal opportunities to close business and meet revenue targets
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline updates in CRM
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes, documentation, and policies
Sales team and channel support
- Partner closely with sales managers and account executives to support direct sales activities
- Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns in support of marketing and sales initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems
- Support reseller and partner channels as needed
- Coordinate with technical support and engineering teams to ensure timely support resolution
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1 or more years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer-facing roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
- Excellent customer service mindset with strong attention to detail
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Positive, energetic attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
