Inside Sales Representative

Do you enjoy collaborating with sales, marketing, and support teams in a fast-paced, global environment? We're seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Direct Software Sales Team at our US headquarters.

What you will do

Software sales and customer expansion 

  • Manage and grow software subscription renewals for an assigned customer base 
  • Proactively engage customers to drive renewals and expansion sales opportunities 
  • Follow up on renewal opportunities to close business and meet revenue targets 
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline updates in CRM
  • Ensure compliance with company sales processes, documentation, and policies 

Sales team and channel support 

  • Partner closely with sales managers and account executives to support direct sales activities 
  • Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns in support of marketing and sales initiatives 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM systems 
  • Support reseller and partner channels as needed 
  • Coordinate with technical support and engineering teams to ensure timely support resolution 

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field 
  • 1 or more years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer-facing roles 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) 
  • Excellent customer service mindset with strong attention to detail 
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills 
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities 
  • Positive, energetic attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
