HR Services Team Leader

What you will do
- Act as the team leader for our HR Operations Team, consisting of 6 people and handling payroll and HR administration for more than 650 colleagues in Belgium and approximately 30 colleagues in smaller offices in Europe.
- As a collaborative team leader, you are on the one hand responsible for coordinating the team’s work and coaching them in their day-to-day activities while keeping a helicopter view of all team activities. On the other hand, you will also take up some payroll-related tasks.
- You support, coach, and guide the team.
- Together with the team, you will advise employees and managers on social legislation.
- You evaluate existing processes and implement operational improvements in payroll processes and systems as needed.
- You become involved in and follow up on HR-related projects and their implementation
Your profile
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll and HR administration
- Up-to-date knowledge of social legislation
- Sense of initiative and actively seeking improvements
- You enjoy working with people and think with a customer-oriented mindset
- You have good communication skills in Dutch and English
- Knowledge of Eblox is a plus
- You have already experience managing a small team
