HR Business Partner — Production
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. This role will primarily focus on supporting the production workforce at our HQ office in Leuven, while also contributing to recruitment efforts for professional profiles within the manufacturing business unit. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring efficient HR operations, maintaining strong partnerships with stakeholders, and fostering a positive employee experience.
What you will do
- Act as the main HR contact for the production team, addressing day-to-day HR-related inquiries and concerns
- Partner with production supervisors and line managers to identify workforce needs and implement HR solutions aligned with business goals
- Manage the permanent recruitment of professional profiles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process
- Coordinate production recruitment efforts with external agencies, ensuring alignment with company standards and workforce requirements
- Collaborate with the HR team to support broader HR initiatives, including training, development, and employee engagement programs
- Ensure all HR activities comply with relevant labor laws and internal policies
- Promote a culture of fairness, respect, and inclusion across the workforce
Your profile
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in an HR role, ideally with exposure to production environments
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
