Data Engineer
We are building an AWS-based data lake infrastructure to support our reporting needs, and we need a Data Engineer to make this happen!
Job description
We have one central team that supports the reporting and data lake efforts at a corporate level. Our ambition is to set up a data mesh infrastructure to address the growing complexity of our reporting needs. You will work with the same technologies as the central team, but the people are mostly involved in different projects.
What you will do
- Use the following technologies: Terraform for infrastructure as code; Python for the data pipeline; Power BI and QuickSight for reporting
- Maintain and further develop the AWS data lake infrastructure
- Develop new data pipelines to satisfy our reporting needs
Your profile
- You have a BSc and/or MSc in engineering, computer science, or a similar field
- At least 3 years of related work experience
- You have good communication skills in English
- Experience with Python or another coding language
- Experience with AWS components
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code or are willing to learn
- A hands-on mentality and can work independently
