Cloud Back-End Developer

What you will do

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. Take part in code review
  • Write unit, integration, API, and automation tests
  • Provide maintenance and support for the software in the production environment by resolving urgent requests on time
  • Support and maintain CI/CD processes

Your profile

  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • A good level of English in speaking, writing, and reading is essential
  • Knowledge and experience of Domain Driven Design
  • Knowledge of SaaS solutions and multi-tenancy solutions. Experience will be highly valuable
  • Knowledge of serverless technologies. AWS is preferred; the most interesting are:
    • Container orchestrators, AWS ECS, AWS EKS, AWS Fargate
    • Functions, AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions
    • AWS API Gateway
    • Queues and Notifications. AWS SQS, AWS SNS, Bridge
    • Monitoring, AWS CloudWatch logs, metrics, traces, and alerts
    • Plus, knowledge of Datadog is an advantage
    • AWS Cognito
    • AWS DynamoDB
    • AWS RDS
    • AWS S3
  • Experience with cloud development is an advantage:
    • Local development: mocking libraries for local development: moto or localStack for example
    • or, Cloud development: using IDE in the cloud
  • Knowledge of OOP (fundamentals, SOLID) and Design Patterns.
  • Knowledge of OIDC/OAuth and JWT.
  • Knowledge and experience of developing REST API and knowledge for HTTP Protocol:
    • OpenAPI
    • REST — Richardson REST Maturity level/table
    • JSON and other content types
    • Monitoring
    • Throttling
    • Scaling
  • Experience with Python and Dotnet C#
  • Experience with non-relational and relational databases
  • Experience with Terraform for IAC
  • Experience with Linux is an advantage.
  • Knowledge and some experience with Bash and PowerShell are also an advantage
