Administrative Support Specialist


We are looking for a talented and passionate administrative support specialist to join Materialise. In this position, you will be part of a great international team of professionals who love what they do and help bring medical innovations to patients across the world. You will handle the medical software ordering process to help our customers receive our products in the best way.

What you will do

  • Medical software operational activities for the EMEA region
  • Creating quotations according to account managers' requests
  • Accept orders and process them in internal systems according to rules and work instructions, generate licenses, and send confirmations to the customers
  • Communicate with customers and internal EU sales teams
  • Work in CRM, SalesForce, and other internal systems
  • Work in a friendly team with great communication
  • Be involved in internal processes and connect with different stakeholders worldwide
  • Be up to date with the global business strategy
  • Get training and development opportunities

Your profile

  • Work experience in administrative positions is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Working proficiency in English is a must (verbal and written)
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a self-organized and punctual way
