Business Development Manager Belgium/Netherlands


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven strategic Account Manager with a hunting mentality to join the Manufacturing Business Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key client accounts for prototyping and serial production. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in strategic sales, preferably within the industrial sector.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives in BENE for the Manufacturing Business Unit
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with a solution-based sales approach
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment of strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Hunt for new key accounts
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, solutions, and support to address their evolving needs

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic sales and/or account management
  • Extensive knowledge of advanced sales techniques and account management
  • Strong hunting and farming skills
  • Demonstrable experience in the solution-based sales approach is desirable
  • A proven track record in technical sales is desirable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate with people from different levels, both internally and externally, with excellent listening and presentation skills
  • Willingness to exceed our customers’ expectations
  • Eager to work in interdisciplinary teams
  • Language: Dutch (native), fluent in English and French
