If so, then we have a unique opportunity for you as our Administrative Assistant/Marketing Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for our office’s front desk administrative duties while also performing marketing tasks and supporting our US marketing team.

Primary Responsibilities


Office/Administrative Duties

  • Answer phones, distribute mail, welcome visitors, file documents
  • Pack and restock supplies and marketing items
  • Data entry and inventory management
  • Complete expense reports
  • Perform general administrative office duties (i.e. fax, scan, copy)
  • Pack and ship supplies and samples
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Shop for office supplies and other items as needed/requested​
  • Schedule meetings and plan events


Marketing Coordinator Duties

  • Manage tradeshow packing and shipping
  • Create and tabulate marketing surveys (survey monkey)
  • Organize and maintain/inventory marketing supplies
  • Execute social media strategies
  • Support marketing manager projects as needed



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred, concentration in marketing or communications a plus
  • Previous administrative experience; 1-3 years preferred
  • A very positive attitude and ability to work with all levels within the company structure
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform routine duties as requested
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to follow up on projects and meet project deadlines
  • Above average computer skills in programs such as MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Familiarity with Social Media, survey monkey, and marketing background a plus


Location: Plymouth, MI

This is a full time, non-exempt position in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with competitive salary and benefits.  Assistance for relocation or visa sponsorship is not available.
