Rapid Shell Modelling (RSM) is one the leading products in Rapid Prototyping for Hearing Industry. We produce software for the automated design and rapid manufacturing of hearing aid shells and earmolds. RSM software reads a 3D scan of the patient’s ear and guides the operators step-by-step through the shell design process. It results in a geometry that can be 3D printed. After easily inserting the electronics inside the device, the patient receives a high-quality hearing aid that fits great and sounds fantastic.
