- Support Global IT services on the level of 1st line of support;
- Responsible for managing SD queue (HEAT);
- Providing accesses to business applications;
- Limited functional support (application);
- Incident management;
- Service request management;
- Preparing manuals and filling the knowledge base.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support;
- Knowledge of business application;
- Knowledge of ITSM tools for registration tickets;
- Basics of ITIL;
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications;
- Experience in support teams;
- English: Upper – intermediate;
- Good communication skills;
- Customer-oriented and team player.
Will be a plus
- Preferred education field: Computer Science.
