Qualifications & Experience
- Communication with customers (Email and Phone);
- Processing of projects: from the order intake to the delivery;
- Close collaboration with 3D printing production and Sales team;
- Internal software improvement in collaboration with development team (meetings, suggestions, feedback) and support system development in collaboration with colleagues in Belgium.
- Experience in Customer Service in the international company, understanding of supporting and ordering process;
- Advanced, Upper-Intermediate level of speaking and writing English and German is a must;
- Proven time management, strong organizational and follow up skills;
- Proactive, customer focused, self-motivated and responsible;
- Communication with impact (strong communication skills);
- Problem solving attitude;
- Experience with CRM system is a plus.
